Yesterday, in Al-khobar city, Ajlan Brothers,Ammar real estate company and Ansab Contracting signed the contract of Dorat Al-khaleej development scheme(B) which is found in Al-Azizya at Al-Khobar.
Dorat Al-Kaleej scheme is located on an estimated area of 870 thousand square meters and consists of 500 residential divisions and services.
This scheme is owned to Ajlan Brothers and Ammar Real Estate Company.
Ajlan Al Ajlan, the head of the board of the board of Ajlan Brothers group, illustrated the necessity of join forces to pump more of elegance residential schemes to meet the shortfall of prepared residential land.
And he added that his group in partnership with Ammar Real Estate Company is working to develop and pumping more specific development projects in the real estate sector, which keep pace with economic and social growth in the Kingdom.
Ajlan stressed the strength of the Saudi real estate market in the light of the unlimited support by the state for this sector, expecting unprecedented growth in it as its indicators seem clear.
